Whew! I just completed Total Body Time Crunch! If I keep it up I’ll be on my way to leaner, trimmer, more sculpted body! lol I tell you what, anybody who thinks they’re fit and they go to the gym 5 days a week blah blah blah…whatever! Until you tackle one of the workouts offered by The Firm, you don’t know what sweat is!!! Especially when you do one that combines cardio and strength training like this workout. I always feel like I got my butt kicked and like I just kicked butt at the same time after this workout. It’s so empowering. If you’ve never tried The Firm and are already working out and maybe hit a plateau or are just looking for something to mix it up…I highly recommend this workout. I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re just starting out because it will probably make you give up. It’s that tough. But if you’re already working out at least 2 weeks then I say go for it. You will feel your body change and then SEE your body change. I already have.
Perhaps you’ve seen the infomercials…”The Firm guarantees visible results in 10 workouts or less.” That is what they say. And they’re not lying. I first got The Firm after I had Brianna. I got the Transfirmer series. It was way too difficult for me as a beginner. It wasn’t until I had maybe only 30lbs left to lose that I was able to complete the workouts. They were an advanced set of workouts and even the modified beginner girl was advanced. I feel like their infomercials are misleading because they’ll show someone who lost 90lbs doing The Firm. And then you try to do one of the workouts and are like how did they get their big tail up and down this many times without dying? They didn’t. Because the workout they’re advertising isn’t the one they did. They did the ones that came out before these, maybe they were easier. Because even though the cardio weight series (the one that includes the aforementioned TBTC) is very tough but easier to get thru at the same time. If that makes any sense. The Transfirmer Series was an advanced workout that yes, it works, but only if you can get thru it. It’s like when Billy Blanks came out with the Bootcamp series…and you’re watching it and you’re like, I did Tae Bo I can definitely do this….eeehhhnnn wrong! You can’t. Because that’s an extremely advanced workout that is apparently targeted at Navy Seals and Army recruits! But anyway, I know I tend to go off on tangents…I just want to recommend this work out to anybody who wants to see change and see it fast! If you do it, please let me know your thoughts!
