Today marks 4 full weeks on my workout regimine. This is the beginning of week 5. And I’ll admit I’m a tad frustrated. Because of that damn scale. So because I keep fluctuating within a couple of pounds, I decided today would be a good day to take my measurements. The calendar month isn’t over but it’s been a month time since I started this journey. So since the beginning of this program, I have lost 10lbs.

Now yes that’s good, but I expect more. So in order to get better results I have to get more strict about my carbs. I have to go hard on the Induction phase of Atkins. And I have to do it between now and Thanksgiving. With the exception of my birthday where we’re going out for sushi and Jordan’s birthday party which is this Sunday, there will be no room to falter. I have to train my body to get into fat burning mode, and for me, the Induction does that. I won’t say it works for everybody but I’m tired of being in the 200s. I’m damn tired of it. So that’s what I’ll be doing.
Also with my workouts, I wanted to buy a few more to add into my rotation. But the TurboKick was $40 that I really can’t afford to spend…that is until I saw on twitter that Chalene Johnson is having a Halloween sale, so now the one I was gonna get is half price!!! So I will be copping that tomorrow. And the next addition will be the weighted gloves to take my workouts to the next level. I’m going to see huge weight loss this month! I can’t wait to see if I achieve my goal that I made with my cousin by Thanksgiving!
