Whew omg I just finished day 3 of Round 1. I had to blog today bc I was just too tired to do it last night. So after my 3rd workout I must say, this is still very difficult. The problem for me is the first circuit with all those dang on push ups. But I’m sticking to it. I’ll admit that today I had to stop a few times during the jumping jacks and jump ropes. It was killing my shins. I was able to go up to 5lb weights for a few of the strength moves. One thing for sure is that it really gets me sweating. I’m sweating the same as if I just completed Cardio Party Remix. And that’s not to put down my Turbo Jams, I love Turbo Jam that will never stop. But by the end of this circuit training workout I’m sweaty all over and my hair is soaking wet. Even more reason why I gotta wear the wigs.
As far as my eating yesterday I did well. I had a protein shake, a blackened chicken ceasar salad and tuna w wheat crackers for dinner. Yesterday was a crazy day at work for me but I feel that I do better at work now that I’m a schedule. So looking forward to a good day today as well. I’m just glad I stuck my workout out bc I really wanted to quit after the first round of jumping jacks. One thing I like about Jillian is that I really feel like she’s here with me training me. And it’s like when I feel like I’m about to quit she’ll say something that keeps me going at it. The only exception being the pushups. I’ve increased the amount I can do and I know that next week this time, I’ll be able to complete even more.
