So I have recently purchased a couple of TurboKick Fan dvd’s. I got Fan Volume 1 and Volume 5. I’ve been wanting them for so long but you know how it goes…needed that money honey! So one of the first things I had to get with my refund was a TurboKick. I signed up for the Fan Club and I get 20% off. One of the perks/ or downsides depends on how you look at it, are that you automatically get shipped the newest volumes. They say that’s about 6 times a year. Well thankfully I had the funds because I sure did get the latest dvd a week after I got the first one!
As a Turbo Jammer for the past several years, I’ve wanted to have more options, more combos…so when I found out that Chalene Johnson had dvd’s of the Turbokick classes, I was on board! It’s basically dvd’s of the workouts that she sends to the instructors who teach across the country. And I love it. I have been working out all week. I just jumped back into it. The only day I missed was Thursday and let me tell u, my body could tell. Not only was I groggy all day, I just didn’t have any energy. For me, working out gives me energy thru out my day. And it sucks when you wake up and your body is like…it’s not happening today. So all week I’ve been waking up at 5:50am to get my workout in. I am committed. I am determined to succeed. And my scale is thanking me so is my body. I love that Turbo Kick provides me with great cardio, great fun and just kinda puts my body in fat burning mode. Although I jumped right into it this week with the workouts, I am doing it modified at a lower impact. I’m going to stick to just cardio for 2 weeks and then add the 30 Day Shred in the evenings at least 3-4 days a week. I just got on my new work schedule, so I’m trying to see how I can work in my workouts at night. I can’t just do the 30 Day Shred, I must have Turbo in my life! I think having Chalene and Jillian pushing me will definitely give me great results
