Now I can officially get started!! Lol actually I’ve already started, but if you know me, you know I have a slight obsession with notebooks. And I wish any notebook would do, but it has to be a pretty notebook, college ruled and usually I can only find them at Target or Walmart. This past weekend when I was at Walmart I saw this small notebook that caught my eye…and I was thinking I should just go ahead and get it so that I can start my new weightloss plan…but the sensible side of me said, you already have an almost new notebook…so I walked away. But then I couldn’t get it out of my head! So this morning, because I needed to get a couple of things at Walmart, I decided to go ahead and get my coveted notebook! I just like to have all of my goals, journal entries, measurements, meal portions, everything in the same place. And when I write it all down religiously then I’m more likely to succeed.
What I decided to do since my week didn’t start off on a good note, was to use this week to ease myself back into working out and working on preparing my meals and getting up earlier. So far with it being Thursday, I’ve worked out today and yesterday…both days I did Turbokick 101. Also both days I’m working overtime, so I have to be at work at 8:30 am and tomorrow I’m working at 8am. I’m going to try my hardest to get up earlier for my workout, which is really only by 10-15 minutes because I’m going to do the Turbokick 101…but I can’t gurantee…I’m working an hour earlier tomorrow because I’ve tried to work later on a Friday, but omg I can’t do it! lol I’d rather just come earlier and get it over with. Saturday andSunday I plan to get a quick workout in and then Monday, it’s all the way live!
I got an email yesterday that confirmed the dates of my highschool reunion! EEEK! So I’m in bootcamp mode for sure! (well at least I will be by Monday) I’m laying it all out, leaving it on the floor! I’m on a mission to get the body that I’ve always wanted. The time is now!
