We all know that I am all about the bargain. So when my cuzo put me on to an ebay seller who sells NYX Cosmetics, I knew that I had to check it out! We all know, I’m all about sharing my knowledge, so that’s what this blogpost is for. So I’ve mentioned before that www.cherryculture.com is an awesome site for NYX Cosmetics. But even ebay can beat those prices! So I wanted to share two sellers that I have found.
The first one is http://myworld.ebay.com/angelstemptation/ Angels Temptation. I purchased from her Friday, so of course I haven’t received my package, but it has been shipped because paypal notified me yesterday. My cuzo recommended this seller and was very pleased.
The second one is http://myworld.ebay.com/joy017/ Joy’s Cosmetics. What I like about this seller, is that they are buy it now. Which means you don’t have to worry about being outbid on something you really want. And the prices are really great. I like that she offers groupings of 2 or 3 or single products. Especially for someone like me, who knows that I want a lot of products, but because I’m new to the brand, buying 6 or 12 of something doesn’t make sense. But buying a few colors that way I can really try it out, does. So when I want something that I don’t want to bid on or worry about missing out, then I will be buying from Joy’s Cosmetics.
Another plus, and the main reason for this blogpost, is that if you watch reviews on youtube or you read beauty blogs, you will find that on the NYX site and on CherryCulture, the swatches aren’t really that true. But if you go to ebay, especially on Joy’s site, she has true swatches and true pics of the colors. And I have been on ebay all day yesterday, re-making my NYX wishlist because now that I’ve seen the actual colors, some of the ones I wanted before just wouldn’t look right on me. So I’m hella thankful that I found this out before making a bunch of purchases.
I thought both sellers prices were way better than cherryculture although I’m not giving up on cherryculture bc they can have good sales. I will be buying things, probably in the groups of 3 to build up my collection. I’m really trying to get my ish together, and I think rewarding myself with makeup for meeting certain goals, is an inexpensive way to keep me pressing toward the mark!
