I just got home from work, and figured now would be a good time to post a little update! It’s hubby’s night to do the kids bathtime on Mondays since it’s my mandatory overtime day at work. Well, let’s see where do I start…so last week I mentioned that I was going to be getting my notebook in order so I can get started on my plan. Well I’ve made a few outlines of what I will put in my notebook on separate pieces of paper…but I’m like a complete freak when it comes to my notebooks! lol like do I want to stay within the lines or go to the end of the paper, do I want to write on both front and back of the pages, do I wanna do bullets? like Yeah, these are the things that I think about when I’m starting out in a fresh notebook (dork i know that i am) The plan was to do it all this weekend, since my mom gave me the wonderful news of not only was she going to keep Brianna this weekend, but Jordan too!!! Yes that’s correct people!!! Only my 2nd ever child-free weekend since the lil man has joined the family! So what do you do when you have a child-free weekend??? Oh you know what we do!!! I don’t need to go into details…this isn’t that kinda blog! lol but yeah, you get my point, so I was a bit slack on the extra workouts and getting squared away on my notebook. But that doesn’t mean I wasn’t on my grind today!
This morning I woke up, very refreshed and did The Firm Total Body Time Crunch. It’s a 45 minute strength and cardio workout. I love it because I’m getting the benefits of both the cardio and the weights, so I did that and felt really good. Although I’m sure my body won’t be so happy in the morning. My eating today was okay, not stellar, but just ok…I basically just had leftovers from Sunday dinner for my lunch, a small slice of pizza and I haven’t had dinner yet. I’m pretty sleepy now, and that’s what makes Tuesdays so hard for me, not just with my working out, but at work it’s a hard day for me…I just be so drained from work. But I will be up, at 5:50am doing my Turbo…I haven’t completed my workout schedule so I’m not sure if I’ll be doing a Turbo Jam or a Turbo Kick…depends on how sore I am 🙂
