Long time no blog, I know…not at all by choice! I think in my last blog I mentioned my back…well turns out, my back has been an issue for me all week long, and still is. It really angers me, because when I decide that I’m ready to commit to a plan, there is almost always something that finds a way to sideline me. Not that I didn’t have the energy to workout this week, because I did…but there’s pain that you know you can work thru and then there’s pain that leads you to caution. I’m no fool. So since I just got paid, I’m stocking my fridge with goodies. My most successful time of losing weight actually had nothing to do with working out at all…it was about changing my eating. I personally know and like doing the combination of both diet and exercise, but it can be done with eating alone also. So right now, while I take it easy on my back, I’ll be focusing on eating.
Thursday I was off for the first time in a long time, and unfortunately had no internet to be able to blog…but it’s ok…I was getting my car worked on most of the day anyway. And something else occurred that made me realize, that my back really is hurt…we put together Jordan’s toddler bed. Not really we, more so he, but from time to time I would be asked to hold a part, well while holding said part, I’m bent over and I realize then that my back was in pain. I will work around it, and modify some things, but it won’t steer me from my goals. I’m determined, there’s so much that I want, and I’m not gonna let anything stand in my way.
