I put a * next to Week 4 because this was a very off week to say the least. I worked out only once. But I wanted to do a quick update, because I’m going into my final week of the Burn Circuit. This week got off to a rough start. I just couldn’t get it together. When I would plan to workout after work, I wouldn’t be able to. Then I had someone close pass away and it was pretty much a wrap from there. It’s okay. We all have those weeks. I’m prepared to get up and start Week 4 off right.
When I did workout I felt that my weights were really light. I’ll see if I feel the same this week. I can tell the difference in my body, personally. My booty feels like it’s gotten more plump! Which is a good thing! The hubby thinks so too! lol My goal this week is to add two additional cardio workouts. I have to add more cardio in order to see faster progress I think. I’m excited to get to the end of this week and do my measurements and pictures!
