Believe it or not, I’ve been asked about posting deals that I get, pertaining to groceries. So I decided I’ll try it and see the response/views and will then determine if I’ll post them from time to time. Since I’ve finally been upgraded and now have my new computer and printer…it’s made my world of couponing even sweeter. The magic of being able to print out a coupon that I find and then the next day or same day use it at the store is absolutely amazing. It’s really been a great help to my coupon game. Now if you’re looking for a blog that will give you match-ups, I’m sorry, I’m not into all of that. Check out The Coupon Teacher because that’s where I go, but I do primarily my own matchups.
On to the deals…today’s goal was to spend less than $35.00. I did ok, I spent $36.02 after taxes and I saved $43.70. I would have met my goal if I was alone, but I had to take Jordan with me because hubby has to work this weekend and Brianna is staying the night at her aunt’s house. So I did put an extra item that wasn’t on the list in my cart…Toy Story fruit snacks that at least were on sale for $1.99 and I did get a 5hr energy for $2.99. Those weren’t on my list…without those items I would have been well under goal.

So here are the big deals that I wanted to share:
- Hormel Black Label bacon–bacon is so expensive these days and it’s rare to see it go on sale. The black label bacon was BOGO so I got one pack of center cut bacon at $3.07.
- Minute Maid juiceboxes–Evic saturday only special at $1.77 each, I had 1 coupons at $1 each so I paid $1.54 for two!
- McCormick Taco Seasoning packets–Evic 25cents each limit 2
- Certain GM Cereals–Evic saturday only special at 1.97 each, I had a $1 off 2 coupon, so I paid $2.94 {I had calculated that I had an Ecoupon but it didn’t ring up that way, so I may have been wrong on that}
- Betty Crocker fruit snacks and fruit rollups–Evic saturday only special at 97cents each limit 3. I paid $2.41 for the three boxes w my Ecoupon for 50 cents off 2.
- Milk N Cereal Bars–2 for $3. I had a coupon for 50 cents off that doubled to $1 and an Ecoupon for 50 cents so I paid $1.50 for the two!
- Ortega Taco Seasoning–80 cents each with a coupon for $1 off 2 means I paid 60 cents for 2.
Everything I purchased was either on sale or I had a coupon for it. With the exception of the 5hr energy. But these are the main deals I was excited about.
