Jordan Pointe features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and comes in at 3,614 square feet. This lovely home is located in Apex, North Carolina. At the time of viewing this house was listed at $875,000.
There is not much of a front porch, however there is a front stoop area that is inviting with the wood plank overhang. The painted brick schmear along with the vinyl siding works well to provide a cottage feel.

Walking into the entry you can already see that there is so much attention to detail from the crown molding to the wainscoting and I really do love the front door detail.
Walking into the entry you can see that there is a very open floor plan. It opens up into the main living space with the open eat-in kitchen and family room.

Before we head into the main living space let’s stop and look at the dining room. The formal dining room is beautiful with a lot of beautiful natural lighting.
Connecting the dining room to the kitchen, this butler’s pantry is full of storage! Custom cabinets go up to the ceiling and features a wine refrigerator.
One thing that I do like about this kitchen is the range hood . I do like that it is a focal point of the kitchen along with the brick backsplash.
I do not like however, the two windows in between the cabinetry and the range hood. You may recall that that is similar to the Jameson Cove house that I recently shared. I’m not sure if these are from the same builder but that is something that I do not really care for.

There is even more storage in this walk in pantry.

The stone facade of the fireplace gives a rustic feel to lend towards the rustic farmhouse charm this home has. I also like the wood beam mantle and the built-in shelving flanking the fireplace.
From this view you can also say again how open this home is from the entryway into the main living space.
A lot of natural light is coming in from the backyard from the sliding glass doors to the deck. One thing that I do like is how this beautiful cedar fireplace is two-sided for outdoor living and entertaining.

Back inside we have the mudroom that allows for a lot of storage just off of the two car garage.
And in the same area is the laundry room.
The powder room features white shiplap.
Coming into the owner’s retreat it’s an inviting space that allows you room to relax after a long day. Vertical gray painted shiplap adorns the feature wall.
The master bedroom also has access to the deck and fireplace with sliding glass doors as well.
The master bathroom is pretty standard for what you’d come to expect in a new build these days.
All of the finishes are pretty classic and safe. That doesn’t mean you can’t be inspired, because most people do tend to prefer this look and overall style.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as an oversized play room. Upstairs wasn’t staged so I didn’t get any pictures.
With the exception of one of the bathrooms. One of the guest rooms has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. The room isn’t too small, so if needed it could be used as a secondary master bedroom.
That’s where the Jordan Pointe house tour ends today my friend! Short and sweet for today’s house tour. That’s just how it is sometimes.
