I took these pictures on different days, trying to capture any sunshine I could! It was a bit of a challenge!
Let me take you around the living room and show you how I decorated for fall. Most of what I used in the my decorating were items that I already had from previous years. But there are a handful of pieces that I added this year or that are still available so I will link them for you as we go.
You can see a sneak peek of my kitchen decorated for fall. I will share a complete fall kitchen tour next.
It’s really easy to see all the new pillows that are released each year and want to get them all. But that’s not typically practical unless you recycle/sell your decor each year. Add one or two if you feel the need to.
And if you do add some you should probably get rid of some. With that being said, it’s hard for me to let go of some of my pillows, especially for fall because I love them so much!
These pillows are from Pottery Barn but are no longer sold. I love them so much so I don’t see myself getting rid of them anytime soon. I added a lightweight, colorblock throw blanket over my accent chairs. It’s from Target last year.
On my loveseat I used pillows from Target last year, along with a windowpane grid throw blanket. It’s very cozy but also very sheddy. Is that a word? Probably not, but it gets my point across. I added a small plush pumpkin.
console table • neutral pumpkin art • hops arrangement • tall vase • plaid pumpkin • plush pumpkin
This console table has gone through a couple of transitions. This was the first way I styled it with a pumpkin patch feel using plush pumpkins I’ve gathered over the years.
I knew that I wanted to add a little something more to the top of the table.
So I added a footed bowl with a few small pumpkins inside. Then I took a cozy throw blanket and have it in my basket with a plush pumpkin on top. This was how I styled it in my fall living room decorate with me video.
And here you can see I swapped the woven basket for my cane and rattan stacked baskets.
plaid pillows • cozy teddy pillow • similar pumpkin pillow
The only pillows that I added to the mix this year are these gray and brown plaid pillows. Can you tell I have a thing for plaid? I love that they’re neutral and fit right in with my existing fall decor.
As for my coffee table I kept that pretty simple with a vase with rust color stems. I added my sweet cinnamon pumpkin candle on top of a couple of coffee books. Honestly I wish the candle was available in a more neutral packaging.
I added these rust color stems into my woven vase and paired it with this rust pumpkin and another small arrangement. I was debating keeping this side table here or taking it out. It’s not really needed or used.
I absolutely love having these bookcases for more fall decorating!
I love how cozy it feels in here now! It sure feels like fall in here. Most of my fall decor is from Kirkland’s and Target. I’ve linked everything I can here.
