Going into week 4 it is actually a bit difficult to talk about week 3. Probably because here it is on Tuesday and I haven’t started Week 4. But that’s another story. So let’s see what I can recall about Week 3. Last week I felt good. Felt like I was seeing some changes. Took an unofficial measurement and saw that I had lost and inch or half an inch here and there. Aside from that, I just know that last week seemed to drag. That was on my own personal level and I just the work week that I had. The good thing is that I’ve noticed my appetite is finally picking up, so that’s great. All in all I’m proud of myself for sticking with the schedule.
Going into Week 4 I’m a bit bummed for not being on schedule. Sunday night I didn’t go to sleep till after midnight, which made it really rough for getting up Monday morning for my workout. My body tried to get up and workout, but I was just too tired. Monday’s I work overtime so the thought of coming home and being able to do a workout, even a short one like Burn Circuit 1 was out of the question. So I will be doing that once I get home today since, I didn’t work out this morning. The goal was for me to add some more cardio into my week, but that goal looks like won’t be done until next week! I have no time let alone additional energy, but I’m working on it.
The only other significant aspect of Week 3 is that on Sunday I finally signed up for Club Membership!!! There’s a lot of great tools that come along with that, but I’ma keep it 100…I signed up for Club Membership so that each time I log in a workout I’m automatically entered into the daily drawing! Like filling out the form everytime I workout is just such a hassle. Especially when you got a slowly dying dinosaur of a computer like I do. There’salways something wrong with it! On Friday after doing my workout and trying to log it in, my computer stalled or whatever so I tried to refresh the page…doing so made me look like I was working out again! So I was hot, sweaty, muscles shaking and frustrated to no end! It was then I decided, that the little money I’m trying to save up for Shakeology…some of it needed to go towards my club membership! lol And in the meantime…I will try to get Shakeology next month 🙂
My next ChaLean Extreme update will be for the Burn Circuit and pictures and measurements!!
