This is gonna be a super quick post. The hubby is about to do some work online and I realized if I don’t post this now I never will. So you may have been wondering where I have been with my Chalean Extreme progress? Well that’s all gonna come in a later post, but for now I wanted to talk about Burn Circuit 2. If you recall in a previous post, I think the first ChaLean Extreme update, I mentioned that I couldn’t really give a review or overview of that workout because of when I was doing the posting…well today I did Burn Circuit 2. First of all let me say, that I haven’t been sore in awhile…and I’m sore tonight! This workout is hamstring and bicep intensive. A lot of dead lifts and biceps. I also was making my weights feel heavier than they are, so that might have something to do with my soreness. But overall I like this workout. I don’t know if I have a favorite between the 3 ciruits in this phase. I think this one goes pretty fast, it’s about 40 mins or less.
Sorry it’s a rambling post! Just wanted to get it out since I’ll be starting the Push Phase next week.
