It’s been a very long and trying week…
I definitely should have read my horosocope going into last week because it was a doozy of a week to say the least. I put in over 10 hours of overtime this week. Had something stress me out basically every single day. And when I say stress I mean uber stress!!!

Needless to say, I needed some workouts this week! Started off the week with a bang Monday morning! Did Turbo Fire 45 Cardio…absolutely LOVE that workout!!! I worked out twice on my lunch break during the week. I did the elliptical in our work fitness room. The first time I went a little hard, but I burned over 300 calories and did three miles. The second time I did about half of that…but I did a lighter program too. I’m trying to figure out time to fit in a decent workout and still be able to eat and how to workout how I like without getting overly sweaty. I’m still tweaking that…but I am happy to get in the extra cardio.
