I’m pretty tired but I wanted to post a quick little blogpost. I haven’t done so well sticking to my new ideas or tasks, so it’s time to regroup. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been feeling ill on the stomach so that hasn’t been helpful when it comes to both eating and working out. But for the past couple of days I have felt better so the plan is to workout in the morning. As long as I wake up feeling fine because that’s when I’ve been nauseous and ill is as soon as I wake up. That all cycles to having an overall day of no energy and over several days at a time…not so good. I’ve been making edits to my blog all weekend but haven’t actually posted where I stand and my updates. I still have things that I need to work on and I’m not adding anything new this week. I’m just working on making them into habit. I’m looking forward to a good week even though I have overtime scheduled…it’s just for this month…in January I won’t be volunteering for anything!
