My Christmas Wishlist

It was completely unintentional for me to take a week off from the blog.  To be honest last week was a hot mess!  I blame Mercury Retrograde for some of it, and now that it’s passed I can feel the creative juices beginning to flow.  Which I am incredibly grateful for because I love to write.

None of my Christmas decorating is complete.  I have a lot of spaces that are started but not finished.  I’m still waiting to get my tree (that’s proved a lot harder than I thought).  With the season of gift giving is upon us, I’ve already shared some awesome gift guides this year, all of which I loved sharing with you.  My favorite is the gift guide for couples 🙂  Today I thought it would be fun to share my Christmas wishlist.

I enjoy creating gift guides because I like to shop for others and often I’m the go-to girl for my friends when they want to know what they should get someone.  As a mom, it’s so much easier to shop for others than to shop for myself.  Do you have that problem too?

Today I’m being completely selfish and creating my own Christmas wishlist for Santa.  Hopefully you’ll get inspired and find a gift you may want for yourself or for someone on your shopping list.  And for me, I’ll look at is as a vision board and I’ll manifest a few of these gifts under my Christmas tree this year 🙂

MY CHRISTMAS WISHLIST: FOR THE HOME

When I think about what I want of course I think about me specifically, but let’s be honest…I also think about what I want for my home.  It’s hard for me to separate the two categories.

 

Pamari Wrangler Sliding Barn Door TV Stand – We’ve been thinking about getting a larger TV and our current TV stand can’t accommodate a larger one.  Plus I’m really tired of seeing all of the wires.  I saw a similar stand at Walmart from the Better Homes and Gardens line that I liked.  But I was recently watching a video on YouTube and someone had this Pamari TV stand and I like this one better, not to mention it’s a much better price!

Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner – We have a basic vacuum cleaner but I want one with more capabilities and that’s lighter to tote up and down the stairs.  We don’t have a pet but I figure may as well get the animal version since I do want to get a dog soon.

Breville the Barista Express Espresso Machine – This is my wish list so I would definitely ask Santa for a sweet espresso machine!  Our standard coffee maker works fine but I’d rather have a latte or a macchiato any day.  I need my espresso!

Calphalon Premier Space Saving Nonstick 10 Piece Set – I’m the one who does the cooking around here and I want a real top notch quality cookware set.

Instant Pot – I finally want to see what all the fuss is about with the Instant Pot.  This is an 8 quart one, might as well go big right?  Everyone I know who has an Instant Pot raves about it so now I want one too!

Those are my wishlist items for the home…I kept the list short and sweet.  I want a king size bed but that will have to wait until we move.  Other than decor items here and there, I’m content with everything else we have in our home.  That’s a good feeling to have 🙂

[1] UGG Classic II Genuine Shearling Lined Tall Boot – Once the weather turns cold all I see are Uggs, especially on a Saturday afternoon at Target!  Seriously though, I recently tried these on and I get what all the fuss is about.

[2] Cashmere Lined Leather Touchscreen Gloves – I’ve always wanted a great pair of leather gloves add in the cashmere lining and these would be perfect.

[3] Soft Brushed Peacoat – This is something I actually will buy for myself!  I’ve wanted a pink wool peacoat since I was a teenager and as soon as I saw this in Old Navy I knew I had to have it!

[4] Slip Silk Sleep Pillowcase – A splurge that I would love is this silk pillowcase.  It’s great for both skin and hair to sleep on a silk pillowcase.

[5] Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM – I’ve wanted a Louis Vuitton Neverfull in monogram print since forever!

[6] Sunday Riley Acid Appeal Volume I Set – Sunday Riley is a coveted top of the line skincare brand and I know I need to start investing in my skincare. I’ve seen a lot of reviews on the Good Genes treatment that’s in this kit so I would really love for Santa to bring me this set.

[7] Michael Kors Camille Large Leather Satchel – I want a classic black handbag that’s quality made.

[8] Faux Fur Lined Parka – Another coat that is something I can buy for myself.  I want both coats because a peacoat is great but sometimes you need a big daddy coat.  Plus this faux fur lining is super soft and the outside is water resistant.

[9] Canon EOS Rebel SL2 – Until I get my DSLR I’m going to keep asking Santa for one!  I’m not too picky but I like that the SL2 camera is really small and lightweight.

[10] Charlotte Tillbury Instant Look in a Palette Gorgeous Glow Complete Face Palette – Whew! Long name but I have wanted to try Charlotte Tillbury makeup for a while now.  When you want to try a new to you makeup brand one of the best ways to do so is with a palette.  I love the eye shadow colors, I wanted to give you a closer look.

[11] Spanx Faux Leather Leggings – I’ve seen so many awesome reviews of how good these leggings feel.  They’re not binding at all and you can breathe in them 🙂

[12] Saint Laurent Monogram Logo Leather Flap Wallet – Ahh isn’t she pretty!  I mostly am a lover of all things Louis Vuitton but I’ve also been loving a lot of Yves Saint Laurent items lately.

 

I had a lot of fun online shopping for things that I am asking Santa for this year.  Like I said before, I think I’ll have at least a couple of items under my tree on Christmas morning.  And the rest…who knows!
