I’m feeling pretty good about myself right now. Proud of myself for getting up this morning and working out. It was extremely modified due to my back but I’m thankful that my back cooperated enough to allow me to complete the workout. I did TurboKick 101 which is a 30 minute workout. This morning seemed to roll seamlessly so far.
My body was waking up for about 15 minutes before my alarm went off at 5:40am. I think I was afraid of not following thru my plan. I’m glad that I did. I didn’t even use an energy supplement…I just woke up, put my workout clothes on, and pressed play.
Last night, I set out the kids clothes. I didn’t set mine out but that’s because I already knew what I was going to wear and didn’t need to iron. Aside from the fact that I should have gotten cream yesterday for my coffee this morning…this has been a great start to my day. I just want to keep it going. This morning I’ve started making a list of easy meal ideas. I have to step up to my role as mommy and all that comes with it. So even tho I can’t be there to enjoy the dinner with them, the least I can do is prepare ahead. I’m making changes.
